ARTHUR STILLMAN BROWN is Certified as a Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. Located in Calrsbad, he is a full service Estate Planning Attorney and focuses on the needs of his clients in San Diego North County. Throughout his career, he has helped many families save time, money and unnecessary frustration. Mr. Brown's relationship with his clients promotes their peace of mind. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Pitzer College and his law degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, San Diego. He has also studied in London, Oxford and Mexico City. While at law school, he earned the American Jurisprudence Award for Excellence in Estate Planning. He was also Editor-in-Chief of Law Review. He was admitted to practice law before all courts in California and the United States Federal Courts. He has a vast background in Estate Planning, Business Planning, Taxation, Medi-Cal Planning, Elder Law and Probate Law. He is also actively concerned with the Special Needs of Disabled Persons.

Mr. Brown's philosophy is uncomplicated: "I believe in the traditional term of “counselor” in a non-traditional way. I assist clients to simplify their lives. My clients are very much aware that planning establishes a sound foundation for themselves, their estate and families. Traditional and long-term relationships are important to me and my clients.
