Steve is a shareholder and leads the litigation department at Galuppo & Blake, APLC. With over 10 years of legal experience, Steve represents individuals and businesses in resolving disputes, and enforcing and defending rights in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, litigation, trials and appeals in real estate and business related matters.
Steve is admitted to practice in the state courts of California and Arizona and in the United States District Courts for the Southern, Central, and Northern Districts of California.
Mr. Blake's practice focuses on representing clients dealing with real property disputes, purchase/sale, title disputes, commercial leases and tenancies, SBA commercial loan liquidation, disposition of secured collateral, landlord/tenant law, mechanic's liens, collections, and creditor's rights.
Steve also has substantial experience representing business entities and individuals in business related litigation involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, negligence, misrepresentation, fraud, trade secrets, and unfair competition.
