Attempting to find legal consultation is a daunting task indeed. Researching & setting up consultations during stressful times while being bombarded with legal documents, wreaking havoc in your life. All the static, stress, worry & constant confusion interfering with your ability to hear yourself; wh...ich, when hiring an attorney, is a HUGE issue. I consulted many attorneys, yet still felt unsure & conflicted...until I spoke with Eiman. First impression: AMAZING. Consultation was after regular business hours, which I immensely appreciated, because I had some very unusual components that never seem to happen during typical hours & didn’t fall into any “norm” of response, file, appear & so forth. Eiman is straightforward, educated & is tremendously empathic. I warned him about my situation & what I needed; because, indeed I was in turmoil; an emotional hurricane, to be sure. He didn’t flinch. Eiman is flexible, willing to modify, or begin from scratch, if necessary. For example: When we were discussing fees, I mentioned my case, cares, quirks & expressed what I needed that his initial fee agreement, I felt, did not note (I’m talking about 1 extra statement), which, made a world a difference to me, even though, I realize, on principle alone, Eiman would not desert or leave his clients high & dry. However, I needed that, specific wording. He updated our contract & sent back for me to sign. But, I had another thought to express (all after business hours). Again, he listened, updated, & returned. Guess what? Yep, that’s me; 1 more thing to add & with no signs of frustration, Eiman modified & sent back for signature. I signed. Did I mention, it was late in the hour that Eiman took on my case: EXTREMELY LAST MINUTE. Nevertheless, he was brilliant. He answered questions, gave clear instructions on court procedure & was prepared. We did prevail. That should have ended our client/attorney relationship. However, not the case, for me, there was this annoying aftermath, happening every day that I needed counsel on. Eiman was there every step of the way, going above & beyond. He always answered my calls. He always answered EVERY question in my emails & as you can tell, I write a lot. Didn’t matter when I texted him; he always texted back. If I put “need immediate reply!” He replied. Honestly, I’m perplexed, unsure how he does it, his time management skills are out of this world. I know I am not his only client & yet, when you retain Eiman you will feel as though you are & are indeed represented with armour made of whatever material is invincible. It may seem odd to talk about an attorney in such a way, but, this is who I am. I truly believe (even though this part of my case is finished) that if I reach out w/a question, he will answer. I feel as though, in the world of legal: He is my guardian angel. I respect him. He is an expert at brevity; direct, but not barren nor void of emotion. I researched Eiman & read his reviews, only after I retained him as my attorney to appease my own inner voice. I sincerely hope that I will not ever need to retain Eiman, but if I do, I will. He’s not just an attorney, he’s someone who’s managed to bridge the disconnect that people feel when having to go through this process. Honestly, my biggest fear is the entire legal system & the idea of someone else having the power to decide what’s best for your child. Eiman is prepared to go through it with you. Eiman is the “real deal”. The kind you watch on tv & wish you had them on your side. You can! My hope for you as you’re reading is that whatever ails you, will ease; you will consult & then retain Eiman, to ensure competent representation throughout; because you really do need it. Please do not assume you can navigate the legal system. I feel an enormous amount of gratitude & believe it was providence that led me to retain Eiman. I’m relieved & indeed privileged to know an attorney like Eiman, if ever…

Our son has autism and epilepsy. He lives in his own home with staff around the clock. A young couple moved next door to him. They were becoming aggressive with our son and his staff that support him in his own home. Even though we told our staff to ignore them, they would come banging on his door a...nd repeatedly rung his door bell. The husband would make up stuff and accuse our female staff of things. It got to the point our female staff were afraid to leave at the end of their shift to go to their cars. We have all our support in Ring Video. The couple were becoming even more on aggressive. After trying to talk to them, we gave up. I was fearing for my son and his staff safety!! I call Mr. Eiman Rejali and he immediately met with us. Within a couple of days, Eiman was able to secure a Temporary Restraining Order against them. He was kind, understanding and no question was trivial!! He kept us informed and promptly returned our calls. He’s incredibly smart and makes sure you u set stand the content of the conversation. Once that Temporary Restraining Order was served, it was so nice and peaceful around my son’s home. We had a good ending. About 5 months later, they moved out of the state! Yah!! The new neighbor is very nice and we are lucky he’s understanding about my son’s disabilities. If you need a good attorney who works fast and gets the job done, you want to hire Eiman. If we ever need an attorney in the future, we wouldn’t hesitate to call him! He’s wonder!
