Zachary Miller

Zachary D. Miller is a partner at the Miller & Steele Law Firm and is a trial attorney, focusing on all aspects of personal injury litigation. He is a graduate of San Diego State University, graduating with a bachelor’s degree from the business school in 2010. He was inspired to become an attorney, and fight for justice for people in his community, by the work of his father and the founder of the firm, David Miller.

He was admitted to practice law in State and Federal Court in the State of California in 2016 after graduating with Cum Laude honors from Thomas Jefferson School of Law at the University of San Diego. In the last five years, he has been recognized for the top 50 jury verdicts for automobile injury cases in the State of California and the top 100 jury verdicts for personal injury cases in the state of California.

He has also been recognized by the Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce as an emerging leader of the community for his contributions to the community before turning 40 years old. His practice focuses on automobile accidents, premise liability and dangerous conditions on property cases including slip and fall and trip and fall, dog bite cases, products liability cases, and automobile vs. pedestrian and bicycle cases.
