Biography
When I started Rassman law, my goal was to combine big firm qualifications with small firm accessibility. I hold degrees in tax (LL.M.), law (J.D.) and business (M.B.A.), which makes me uniquely qualified to bridge the often overlapping areas of business law and trusts and estates. Whether you are starting a company, selling a business, or need an estate plan for your family and loved ones, I'm able to assist you from start to finish.
Estate planning is done on a flat fee basis, so questions are encouraged. Business is billed hourly, but the initial consultation is free. My business model is built on providing quality service at reasonable rates. If my clients are happy, I'm confident they will refer friends and family. It's as simple as that!

Great work on some complicated issues
Owen has helped us navigate several complex trust issues ranging from a simple house only trust to a multi-generational complex trust. Owen provided both legal and very practical advise that probably helped avoid costly litigation and family problems. Solid job.
