A solid choice for representation

Scott Miller has represented us in a number of cases over the past ten years and he has shown himself to be a person of exceptional knowledge and integrity. He has handled our cases exceptionally and with respect to any budget constraints we may have had. He's a brilant attorney and a wonderful perso...n to deal with. We trust him with everything.

Capable, Passionate, Intelligent

Scott helped us with an extremely complicated case while at SCMV in San Diego. He is extremely intelligent and is able to hold a large scale view of the case even in the face of huge numbers of details and complicated concepts. Scott was passionate about our case and I am sure he lost a ton of sleep... over it. Why was this case complicated? Because my previous lawyer who I had to fire had completely failed, accused the judge of conspiring against us with the other party and failed to file papers necessary to protect our interests. Scott had to hit the ground running on this case from the beginning, and though we were at a hugely disadvantaged position, he was able to get the court to be lenient against all odds and an extremely aggressive (and extremely wealthy) counter-party. Overall, I feel Scott did an excellent job for us under very difficult circumstances on a case that lasted about 1.5 years.
