About Sara
Biography
First and foremost, I am Mason's mommy, and fur-mom to two adorable rescue pit bull terriers, Piglet (14) and Tyson (12). I'm a die-hard USC Trojan (Fight on!), a perpetual wonderluster, and in my spare time you can find me on a snowboard, yoga mat, or simply just exploring the great outdoors with my fam.
On a professional note, my legal practice focusses exclusively on Estate Planning - drafting wills & trusts, trust administration, wealth preservation planning, and elder law. I manage my own law practice, Tasch Law Firm, which is based out of Coastal Carlsbad, with offices in Sorrento Valley & Mission Valley, and satellite offices in Pacific Beach and Orange County.
I believe that every single person needs some level of Estate Planning, and it is my goal to make it easily accessable (from both a cost & convinience standpoint), and easily understandable. I know I've done my job when a client exclaims, "Wow. That was easy!" at the end of our meeting- it makes my day!

Family Trust

Hired for trust planning
My family had hired another firm to help us get a trust done, they worked with us for 6 months and we still had nothing done . I met with Sara and within that week she had a rough draft of the trust that my family was needing. She gets things done in a very timely manner but is also very efficient....
