Biography
Mr. Kelsall is the managing partner responsible for the daily operations, management and performance of legal services. When Mr. Kelsall started his practice 15 years ago, he provided legal services focusing mainly on transactional matter and the defense of lawsuits. However, the Firm has diversified its legal practice to include a substantial amount of plaintiffs' work, comprising approximately 50% of the Firm's caseload. To date the most successful area of the Firm's practice has been Plaintiffs' work. The Firm is active in several community groups, including the Chamber of Commerce and is proud to serve members of the Carlsbad community.

Amazing attorney

Very Friendly and Good Service
We had some difficult and legally grey issues we were dealing with and Sam did a great job of walking us through all of it. He frequently tells us what we might need to do in the future, but never tries to sell us on estate planning products that we don't need yet. I feel that he is very trustworth...
