Robert Hill

Mr. Hill provides aggressive, quality, and experienced representation to clients throughout Southern California on litigation, appellate, and arbitration matters.  The San Diego Business Journal has included Robert in its annual Best of the Bar issue for three consecutive years.  He also was named a San Diego Rising Star in 2015, 2016, and 2017, an honor limited to only 2.5% of the attorneys in San Diego.  

Mr. Hill assists clients with all aspects of business, corporate, and personal injury litigation, including litigating and defending complex contract disputes, assisting the victims of investment fraud and/or financial elder abuse, representing individuals injured in motor vehicle accidents, and handling wrongful termination, discrimination, and intellectual property claims.  Mr. Hill has handled countless litigations in the California state and federal courts, as well as arbitrations before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, JAMS, Judicate West, and other forums in both California and New York.  

Robert also is extremely experienced in handling and responding to appeals from adverse trial verdicts, judicial decisions, or arbitrator awards.  In addition to his own first-hand experience arguing before the Court of Appeals, he spent more than a year clerking for the Honorable Justice Ronald Parraguirre of the Nevada Supreme Court.  

Robert was the valedictorian of his law school graduating class.  When not at the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children.
