Amazing results

Noelle was my attorney for family law matters with my ex. She not only is thorough but she is tough. Never settling for things that weren’t in mine or my children’s best interest. When things got overwhelming with my ex she handled it all from emails to paperwork to phone calls. She is ALWAYS on top ...of things and never dropped the ball. She is a realist and would always tell me honestly what she thought about the things I was requesting. I would hands down recommend her to anyone and would use her again if I needed to. My only regret is I didn’t find her sooner to represent me in my divorce. She is amazing and you will not be disappointed. She truly has yours and your kids best interest at heart.

Bad experience

I hired their firm for my divorce. I was charged a fee of $2500. The initial consultation was quick and somewhat informative. Upon conclusion I felt that I was in good hands. My divorce was simple and did not require anything complicated. I was told that my divorce was "cut, dry, and simple." Boy was... I wrong about my feeling of being in good hands. To make this simple and short, I was kept in the dark, and did not receive any information of things that were happening to my case. I had to send emails three times before I would a response, and I did not get any of my calls returned. All that being said, I had to hire a new attorney because I did not want to get taken to the bank.... The opposing attorney was walking all over us and it seemed like the Kershek and Shular firm was on vacation. I do not want to go into too much detail, but believe me all that had to be done was simple. Documents that were supposed to be received by me from the opposing party and were not received, yet I was ordered to provide another set of documents after turning mine in on time. A ream of paper later and a couple of ink cartridges including hours of time lost, I finally went and hired another attorney. The first thing I was told was you don't need to provide all of that, most of it is cut and paste, we will take care of it for you. The Kershek and Shular firm told me "you have to do it or you can be fined". My new lawyer also informed me that we can get the opposing party to turn in their documents or they can be fined. I know this may sound weird but I am trying to leave out specific details in regards to specific paperwork. In a nutshell I was in awe because I turned in two sets of documents on two separate occasions on time and the opposing party still has not turned in their paperwork which is six months late, yet I got hit with turning in a third set of paperwork (3" binder sized filled ) or I will be fined. This all equated from lack of attention to duty on that firms behalf. All of this that is written is the truth and not written out of spite because of their lack of obligation to duty. Please be careful if you decide to hire that firm, I don't want the same thing that happened to me to happen to anyone else. Btw I am still trying to get the rest of my retainer back, if there is any. I can't wait to see the bill, I still have not received any of the statements that I am supposed to receive monthly.
