Michael David Fabiano

Michael Fabiano's practice at Fabiano Law Firm, P.C. focuses on patent litigation, patent prosecution and licensing, business litigation, intellectual property licensing and client counseling, as well as trademark and trade secret protection and litigation. He also has substantial experience in intellectual property counseling and due diligence.

Mr. Fabiano has been named one of "San Diego's Top Attorneys" by San Diego Metro magazine.

He is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. He is admitted to practice in the U.S. Court of Appeals, Federal Circuit, the U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit, and all state and federal courts in California. He founded Fabiano Law Firm, P.C. in 2011.

In 1993-1994, Mr. Fabiano served as law clerk to U.S. District Judge Linda H. McLaughlin, Central District of California. Mr. Fabiano received his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 1993. 

Mr. Fabiano worked as a research chemist prior to attending law school, and he is a co-inventor of a patented process for the recovery of a precious metal (U.S. Patent No. 5,654,458).
