In my opinion, RUN- do not ever consider Fred Hale and Associates. At the "FREE" consultation, Fred promised me the moon and the stars, ended up doing none of it. He could not be reached and I instead was in contact with three separate associates that all knew nothing of my situation. I feel that I ...was overbilled, instead of having one associate look over my case i was billed everytime they would converse with each other. I don't understand how it takes so much time to do simple actions like reading an email or updating a file. I am a single Mom that needed help with a custody claim. I was referred by a friend of a friend. I had read some negative reviews but since he was referred by a trusted friend, I went against my gut and hired Fred. I should have trusted my instinct. I would give zero stars if i could, when i would email him asking updates, his responses included: (sounds good -fdh) (i know its hard, will discuss on monday- fdh) and so many responses with less than 30 characters. (all the while charging me for asking simple things like: whats the update on the case). Court was a joke, he didn't know the case, was unprepared and was actually yelling at me asking what i wanted the day of, just proving to me he never even looked over anything. Avoid.
