Daniel Luis Rodriguez

After spending ten years as a deputy district attorney for San Diego County, I have spent the last four years defending those accused of crimes across Southern California. I represent people in cases ranging from minor traffic infractions and DUI's to homicides and federal narcotics trafficking cases. I have also successfully represented clients in complex white collar and financial cases. My extensive experience has generated excellent results for my clients.

Prior to becoming a prosecutor, I practiced for six years as a civil litigator concentrating on defending individual and corporate clients in various types of lawsuits. Combined with my extensive trial experience I use my civil background to obtain outstanding results for folks injured in motor vehicle accidents, slip-and-falls and all other types of personal injury cases.
