Anne B. Howard started her legal career as a paralegal. She then decided to attend law school and earned her Juris Doctor from Thomas Jefferson School of Law. While attending law school, Ms. Howard worked for the San Diego Superior Court as a judicial secretary for several years and later as the drug court coordinator for the San Diego Superior Court, Juvenile Division.
After passing the bar exam, Ms. Howard worked for The Law Offices of Beatrice L. Snider in San Diego for several years. In 2003, Ms. Howard realized her goal of opening her own law firm, The Law Office of Anne B. Howard, in Carlsbad, California. Ms. Howard is an experienced attorney who is currently licensed to practice in the State of California and in the U.S. District Court for the Central and Southern Districts of California.
With more than 20 years of experience, Ms. Howard is devoted to resolving family issues and helping people with their wills and trusts. With care and compassion, she has helped hundreds of clients with their family law disputes, resolving issues including, but not limited to: restraining orders, divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support/alimony, property division, and drafting wills and trusts.
Ms. Howard has an astute understanding of business. This understanding benefits all her clients, especially those who are small business owners. As someone who was raised overseas, Ms. Howard brings a keen awareness of both national and international business issues to her practice.
Ms. Howard is the daughter of elderly parents and is a wife, mother, and grandmother. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, cooking, reading, going to the theater, and listening to classical music.
