After trial, Supreme Court imputes $60,000 of income to Husband, orders child support based on that amount, lifetime spousal support of approximately $1,000/per month and $9,800 in attorneys fees to Wife.

I represented Wife. This was a marriage of 34 years, 3 children all grown, both parties in their mid-50's. Husband earns more than $100,000/year, Wife earns $30,000/year. Per parties' agreement, Wi ... fe retains marital residence mortgage free. Both parties were frugal in their lifestyles, no mortgage, children's education paid in full, no credit cards or other debt. Husband had $500,000 in separate (inherited) property. Lower court awards $200/week spousal support till Husband commences receiving pension benefits.
