I am writing this review to thank attorney Heather Melone for handling my case with the state board. Heather is knowledgeable, professional and knows her scope of practice very well. She has worked with various licensing boards in the State of California. My case was slightly different and she ...had to work with a state certification board. The difference is that licensing boards have a set of legal steps and procedures for every case they handle and certification boards do not. Which makes them a little more unpredictable in their actions. Heather was able to use her knowledge and experience and achieved the best outcome possible for my case - "no disciplinary action and no futher action required" I was reffered to her by another attorney and that was a great referral. At the initial consultation Heather went well over her time to answer all my questions. Once hired she was always available to contact and her communication level was on top. She collected all the necessary documents from me, discussed a proper strategy and wrote a well drafted letter to the state board. It took 8 month to get a response from them but I'm very happy with the outcome. I highly recommend Heather Melone to deal with any state license or cerificate issues one might have.
