Great construction law attorney.
This case had eight parties, eight attorneys and involved construction issues, stop notices, breach of contract and attorneys' fee issues. At mediation Beard had the more knowledge of the law in these areas than any of the other attorneys. He tough when he needs to be, but also has a kind manner.
