I am a highly experienced federal sector employment litigator. In my practice, I addresses all needs of federal service employees with respect to discrimination and reprisal claims and disciplinary proceedings before the Merit Systems Protection Board and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
I have substantial mediation experience and am well versed in the idiosyncrasies of federal service. I help clients find successful resolutions that enable them to positively move forward in their federal careers with renewed self-esteem and confidence.
I help clients to resolve disciplinary charges in the Proposal phase prior final decision to avoid resort to Merit System Appeal Board where possible.
I assist federal clients with National Security clearance hearings and appeals necessary to their employment within the agencies of the Department of Defense or in law enforcement/national security related agencies.
I handle federal sector administrative court proceedings throughout the Western United States, including but not limited to California, Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado, Nevada, Oregon and Washington.
I am equally comfortable with civil litigation needs for business and personal clients involved in contract disputes and torts. My experience includes Administrative, State and Federal courts. I have appeared before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court.
