Neill Mark Marangi

Though Attorney Marangi is a very kind person, he isn't an aggressive attorney that fights for your best interests. He is incredibly chill and seems to have a "Well, that's a good enough offer from the other side's attorney" mentality. While Opposing Counsel was demanding during our mediation and fig...htingfor their client, Mr. Marangi expressed the desire to "wrap things up quickly" because he did not "pIan to stay at mediation past 5:00 P.M." I didn't feel Mr. Marangi was "in my corner" and am disappointed too with his lack of legal guidance. I admitedly contracted a budget-friendly lawyer and am getting exactly what I paid for. **Be aware that because Mr. Marangi's fees are so very low, he has a much larger caseload of clients than your typical attorney so you won't get to actually speak to nor meet with him unless you pay more. He emails you 99% of the time to keep in touch and answers the majority of your questions/concerns with "Okay, got it" and literally nothing more. As the client, •you• have to pull legal advice out of him and he constantly asks you, the client, how you want to proceed with the divorce process rather than offer you legal options that he and you can take the time to discuss calmly in order to decide the best steps for your case.His payment schedule isn't very clear either.
