I've been practicing law in California for over three decades, and for most of that time, I watched good businesses close their doors simply because their owners didn't know there was another option. That's what led me to focus my practice specifically on the Small Business Reorganization Act — Chapter 11, Subchapter V.

I'm one of a small number of attorneys in the country who works almost exclusively in this space. It's specialized, and honestly, that's the point — business debt is different from personal debt, and it deserves a different approach than what most bankruptcy attorneys offer.

Most of the business owners I represent are dealing with merchant cash advances, SBA loan debt, or personal guarantees that are putting everything they've built at risk. What I've learned over hundreds of these cases is that the businesses that recover are almost always the ones where the owner reached out early, before the situation became a genuine crisis.

I represent business owners throughout California — I don't need to meet you in person to help you, and most of my clients and I never do. What matters is understanding your numbers and giving you an honest answer about what's actually possible for your business.

I'm fluent in both English and Spanish, and I regularly work with Spanish-speaking business owners throughout Southern California.
