     -Helping the couple to productively communicate with each other to understand each other’s point of view.

    -Assisting the couple in identifying a wide variety of creative solutions to consider in order to arrive at a resolution that makes the most sense for the family.

   -Handling the drafting of all paperwork to memorialize the agreement reached by the couple and to have the paperwork filed with the Court to fully resolve the divorce.
