Expert and Professional

I recently spoke with Binh about a tenant issue, and he provided a clear breakdown of possible scenarios and solutions. He was knowledgeable and professional, taking the time to explain everything thoroughly. The team is very persistent when it comes to requesting evidence, which is actually a good t...hing, but I feel they could be a bit more lenient in certain situations.
