I talked to Bui about my issue with my landlord and he did give me some advise over the phone that sounded like I don't have too much options. after his advice I came to the conclusion that California tenant law favors the landlord but he said actually - the law favors the tenant. After speaking to...
Considering my group and I sue 10-30 landlords per month, and do not represent landlords (expect favors to friends here and there), I would disagree with "favoring" landlords. California law definitely is equal to both landlord and tenant in my opinion, but your FACTS had you on the losing end which you didn't want to hear.
