This attorney was recommended by the L.A. Bar Association. I called Mr. Bui, late evening. I explained my situation and he ask me to e-mail some paperwork. He would read and go over the paperwork and advise me. Well, It was late in evening, so I took that he would call me in the morning. To my reli...ef Mr. Bui emailed me that night. Advising me that all was ok, and the next step I would have to do and what to expect. I found this quality to be a rarity in lawyers, I admired his patience and knowledge. He took the time to explain all the legal jargon and tell me it was a safe stipulation. If ever I have to recommend a tenant/landlord attorney, Mr. Bui would come highly recommended.

Binh was very professional and made everything regarding my case very clear and simple to understand.
