I am amazed with these 5 star reviews as BINH BUI never returned even one call. I was pushed off to random paralegals or assistants! I asked will I ever speak to the attorney I hired? I sent all of my legal documents as asked from one assistant and signed off on the retainer. It was crickets .., ... I called repeatedly to inquire about my case in which the landlord refused to return my security deposit and will I ever speak to the attorney ? In fact when I called to inquire about status his VERY RUDE paralegal chastised me for calling once again about status and said “ good luck trying to find another attorney to take your case” I promptly ended this relationship and would NEVER work with this attorney or his equally rude team!

Binh is pretty responsive to my plethora of questions. He seems to care and is very thorough. Knows what he is talking about and is walking me through this isolating anxiety ridden process of suing an unprofessional slumlord for damaging my health and my material items.
