Very Professional

I had the pleasure of working with Binh Bui and I cannot recommend them highly enough! From the very beginning, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about my case. They took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and guided me through each step of ...the legal process with confidence and expertise.

Try him!

Mr. Binh Bui is really on top of his game. He tells you what you need to know, straight up, not just what you want to hear. Super reliable too. You can trust that your case is in good hands with him. If he says you have a decent case, believe him and cooperate! I’m glad I chose him as my attorney. Tr...y him out, and you'll see what I mean.

Not real or professional at all big scam!

I have been with them for almost a year for my landlord and Corcoran California. I gave them all tangible evidence been emailing and calling for weeks and months. No one is answering everybody he works with Which seems to be 12 Different people! Just run down hire them I don’t know if all the lawyers... in California are a scam but this is the second second one the first one scammed me out of $1000 at least they didn’t ask me for any money upfront so which made them seem more legit, but I don’t understand why they aren’t actively handling the cases if it was the other way around The landlord can totally ruin our lives, but when it comes to the tenets right, it seems to be hard to get a hold of somebody or hold accountable ! California state bar and the federal Bureau of investigation all need to investigate all of these things!

Hi Maquade, We've never asked you for money, we do not charge upfront and you would never send any money to us--rather it's us who will send you money. So if you think my firm is a scam, we must part ways. We also told you at the time you signed that the process averages 18 months. You signed up June 2024, it's only been 6 months. Yes, we do have 12 different people working on your case. These are complicated cases requiring different expertise, paralegals, real estate agent, etc.

Run

This attorney should be reported to the bar and I intend to do so. I wasted almost a solid year of my sending them such tangible evidence. Videos, pictures, e-mails, mold testing etc. This guy has like 16 people associated with this firm. They all contact you and ask you for different things I had... building inspector documentation and health inspector documentation where my landlord was cited for over 50 violations. They still asked for more and more and more and this guy who was nice became mean. He sent me a contract several members of his team did to take my case for a whopping 20,000 dollars and suggested I vacate the premises immediately. I have never ever experienced such an incompetent firm or any business for that matter. Ofcourse I declined their offer to represent me, then I got a letter saying we are so sorry there is not enough evidence to represent you. Here’s what I truly believe either this is a Ponzi scheme or a disgusting scam where one guy passed the bar exam and has several lackeys working for him giving them a cut. He is not present at all. The contract I was sent was absolutely so illegally saying they wanted FIFTY percent. I could go on and on. Just look them up on the BBB site they have a ton of complaints.

I'm sorry you feel our evaluation of your evidence is low. We give realistic evaluations based on the evidence you provide. We also advise renters to leave a house/unit when it's unhealthy which you clearly think is so as well. I see that as being a good human being giving good advice. No one should have to live in bad conditions. You should move and sue the landlord. There is no "scam" since as you acknowledge, we estimated your case value and we would have tried to achieve those goals on a contingency basis. We've never asked you for money and never would. I wish you luck in finding another law firm.

Unprofessional

Ben Bowie has been my attorney for over four years never responds to emails maybe possibly a week later hires unprofessional workers to do his bids. I have to call him email him doesn’t respond until several days later waited three years to receive $4000 which is not satisfactory being that the landl...ord violated .Over 15 of my rights

I have no idea what it means to hire workers to do my bids... If we had proof that the landlord violated 15 of your rights, we would have gotten you much more than $4000. As a reminder, we always get your permission to settle any case and we work on contingency. We WANT to get as much as possible since we get a percentage of the settlement. However, your case did not warrant a high amount since we had very little evidence. I wish you the best.
