Randall Hayden Johnson

Mr. Johnson is committed to the representation of employees, not employers, in cases involving violations of California's Wage & Hour laws, both before the California Labor Commission and in Superior Courts throughout Metro Los Angeles.

Mr. Johnson has tried cases in both the state and federal courts of California, New York, Nebraska, Arizona, Florida, South Carolina and Hawaii. He has served as trial counsel in both civil and criminal matters. His current litigation caseload is centered primarily upon the prosecution of Wage & Hour cases on behalf of workers in California state courts.

Mr. Johnson served as Associate General Counsel (in-house) at Dole Food Company for many years in Westlake Village, where he prosecuted claims in Federal Courts throughout the U.S. under PACA - the Perishable Agricultural commodities act.

Mr. Johnson began his career on Wall Street. He continues to provide legal advice to a select group of companies headquartered in California, Australia, Great Britain and Canada.
