First, it is always disappointing when a client is dissatisfied with the outcome of their representation. Myself and all the attorneys in the office take concerns and complaints very seriously as we recognize that people are often coming to us during some of the hardest moments of their lives. As for the comments above, not only have they been made by someone other than the client, it is also filled with inaccuracies. The client retained this office twice before I took the lead on the case at the client's request after having worked with me. I maintained open communication throughout the representation, some of which took place after business hours just to ensure that there were no unreasonable delays in communication. Although the client was pleased with the outcome and expressed their appreciation at the time I concluded my representation, it appears he had unexpressed concerns I would have happily addressed at the time had I been informed. These grievances did not manifest themselves until an issue of an outstanding balance arose. Although the accrued balance was waived to foster good will, the client's representative has elected to misrepresent me and other pertinent facts in an attempt to cause unnecessary harm to my reputation.
