Theodore Scott Lee

Mr. Lee focuses on business and intellectual property law. He has drafted motions and pleadings, performed research, and engaged in trial preparation. Mr. Lee has also filed and prosecuted patent applications within the United States. The subject matters included business method, computer software, electrical engineering related invention, method of treatment, mechanical and medical device inventions. Likewise, Mr. Lee has successfully prosecuted and obtained Trademark Registrations in the United States.

Mr. Lee also has experience practicing bankruptcy law. He has worked on cases involving chapter 7 (liquidation) and chapter 11 (reorganization).

Prior to joining Inhouse Co., Mr. Lee worked as a legal intern at the Intellectual Property Division of Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI), a large, non-profit research institute under the supervision of the Republic of China Ministry of Economic Affairs. He also worked as a law clerk at the largest Taiwan-based law firm in Taichung, Taiwan.
