Saqib A Zuberi

I had hired Mr. Saqib Zuberi as a Bankruptcy Attorney in 2013 and also to do a loan modification. My Bankruptcy case fell through due to all of the schedules not being completed. I called his office several times and met with him on a few occasions to find out what was needed. He was always busy a...nd could not answer basic questions. I also found out that he never started on my loan modification. I have asked for a refund and I have been told that he would send it on the 30th of the month. This is now going on a year.

I have had two unlawful detainers with this company and the 1st one since February 2014. It is now June 2nd and not one person, including Mr. Zuberi can answer the simple question about if these cases have actually been filed with the courts. I have called the office and spoke to at least 5 different... people and always get the same response that nobody is available to answer my questions and to wait for a call back. At this point I have requested a refund and still no one is answering or calling back. We have used a few law offices in the past and I have never experienced such poor service. I would recommend Denis Block if you are looking for a good landlord attorney.
