I was matched with attorney Bruce Flamenabum through legal ease (prepaid legal service through my employer ) for a prenup. When I first contacted Bruce to set up an appointment he asked me if this was another cheapo case. When I notified him that I was the client he stated that he thought I was a rep...resentative from legal ease with no apology. He then asked me to email him all the details of my situation and information regarding the case, which I did an hour after speaking with him. After two weeks of no response legal ease reached out to him asking him for a status update. He replied that he would get to it in a few days and would have the work completed by the deadline March 1st). It has now been over a month since I sent him the work and I was just notified by legal ease that he is no longer willing to do the work he had previously accepted. If you are looking for professionalism and timeliness look elsewhere.
