About Brian
Biography
Brian Lee graduated from Washington University School of Law, a U.S. News & World Report top 20 law school in May of 2016. During his first two summers, Brian interned at the Legal Services of Eastern Missouri, a distinguished legal public interest organization, and Public Counsel, the largest pro bono law firm in the United States. There, he provided legal and capacity building services for low-income entrepreneurs and nonprofit organizations aimed at assisting the low-income population.
Brian also interned with the Missouri State Public Defender his last semester of law school where he participated in all stages of criminal trials. He has represented clients in preliminary and bond reduction hearings and also second chaired trials from voir dire through to the verdict and sentencing stages.
Prior to forming W&L Law Group, Brian worked as a legal clerk at the Law Offices of Hu & Associates, a distinguished international immigration law firm. There, he provided assistance in legal immigration matters such as obtaining refugee/aslyee status and visas for clients. He also assisted counsel in all pretrial stages of civil litigation including, but not limited to, discovery and drafting pretrial motions.
