Brian Thorne handled my matter very well. I prevailed in all aspects of my dissolution and I was divorced in less than 1 year and he even was able to get my ex to pay my fees. My ex was hiding money and took community funds that were used without my knowledge. I recovered and did well with support and got everything I wanted. He even had my ex take more than half the debt. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. He is very knowledgeable and gives good advice. He relieved so much stress!

I found Brian Thorne to be an overpriced bag of wind!, at $400.00 per hour and $125.00 per hour in paralegal fees. My $10,000 retainer for a simple divorce was a complete waste of money. I felt at times like my divorce was a low priority for him. I should have gone with a paralegal and an arbitrator! Shame on me for thinking this was the better way to go.

The word "integrity" was thrown around constantly. And yet when I arrived in court, stressed out, nervous, and needed the support that my 12K was supposed to pay for, I received a poorly prepared windbag who was still figuring out my income numbers. Brain has too many clients and does not have adequate knowledge of his caseload. He had several "meetings" with opposing counsel and I never received reports or updates. When I finally decided to regain my power of attorney, the office manager was clearly shocked that my bill was this high for such a simple case. Brian and this firm need to consider that 12K should yield a completed divorce action. Not a lot of integrity in kicking people when they are down.
