I was going through a very painful divorce when I reached out to BEVERLY QUINN. I interviewed several attorneys and am so ...thankful that I decided to hire Beverly Quinn. I have two precious daughters and therefore needed to find an attorney who would fight for what is best for the children and also fight for what I deserved after being in a very long term marriage. Beverly was wonderful in dealing with my roller coaster of emotions as the divorce was very difficult for me. She explained the process in great detail and aided in helping me to focus on the children and not my pain through the ordeal. I simply do not know what I would have done without her during the most difficult time of my life. Beverly gave me an estimate in the beginning, worked with me on my payments and explained EACH AND EVERY ADDITIONAL charge as we navigated through the court system. BEVERLY QUINN could not control the changes I decided to make to the case, the extra paperwork that needed to be filed or additional court appearances that came up due to the OTHER PARTIES decisions or unexpected discovery documents. She not only did her very best to keep my fees down, she at times lowered her hourly when unexpected items came across her desk. HER FEES ARE REASONABLE AND FAIR. She explained to me in detail each document received from opposing counsel, what it meant and gave options on how we could proceed. I RESPECT the fact that she did not take all of the decision making out of my hands yet GUIDED me through the very complex court system and divorce process. I was not only happy with the outcome of my case, but can rest my head on my pillow at night knowing that I did right by my children and BEVERLY QUINN helped me to go through a horrific divorce experience while maintaining my grace, dignity and reputation. BEVERLY QUINN IS AN EXCELLENT ATTORNEY….. After my divorce, I recommended a very close friend to her and my dear friend, as well, went on to recommend her to others. I think those of us who have had a great experience forget to write these reviews because we end up so happy or at peace. After reading some of the negative reviews, I was appalled and upset. It was obvious to me in several of the reviews that complete information was not given to BEVERLY QUINN and thus additional fees were implemented when items she was completely unaware of came up in court. BE HONEST WITH YOUR ATTORNEY….. it is the ONLY way she can represent you completely and evaluate your costs. BEVERLY QUINN – THANK YOU! Thank you for all you did for me and for my family. FIRST OFF I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS BECAUSE HONESTLY I DON'T HAVE TIME FOR THAT, BUT IF I CAN HELP OUT ANOTHER PERSON IN NEED OF A LAWYER IT'S TIME WELL SPENT. I don't know what I would have done if I never came across Beverly Quinn and her team. My dangerously abusive felon ex got out of prison last Ju...ly and immediately served me with custody papers. I was lost and didn't know how to go about fighting him. I did my research for lawyers in my area and came across Beverly and a few others. After going thru a couple of consultations with other lawyers I was starting to become so worried about my situation. Finally I went in for a consultation with Ms. Quinn and she was very adamant about making sure he would never get a hold of my child. She pushed to protect me and my daughter and that she did. She made sure the court gave me permission not to be present during the hearings for my safety. This definitely saved me the stress and fear of knowing I would have to face my ex. The end result I still had my full custody and he received absolutely no visitation rights, as well as a new restraining order put in place. Ms Quinn is an angel, seriously. I don't know what I would have done if I never came across her. She knows what she is doing, she has been in this business for a long time and is definitely on the side of her client all the way. On top of all of that her whole office team is extremely nice and always there for me when I had a question. Chris always was there whenever I had any type of question and made sure he got back with me asap. And being the worried mother I am, I was always calling with new questions and what not. As young single mom I never once felt taken advantage by this office, which was definitely my fear when getting a lawyer. You want to win your case you better hire Beverly Quinn, this is money well spent. Like I always say you pay for what you get. Hire cheap=receive cheap service. Hire quality= receive quality service. Atty Quinn is wonderful. She helped me with my divorce. I was married to a control freak. I was always excited to go to court to see Atty Quinn in action. Opposing Counsel didn't even want to go up against her. In the end I got everything I asked for. Her staff was very helpful aswell. I got returned... phone calls, and my paperwork was done in a timely fashion. I recommend Atty Quinn to anybody who wants to get a divorce and win.

I have been divorced twice in my life. In both divorces I retained Attorney Beverly Quinn. She has been an attorney for over 40 yrs. When I first met her (consultation) I felt very stressed and not in a good state of mind at the time. My first marriage I was married for almost 10 yrs, and have two ch...ildren. I was worried after I first retained Attorney Quinn. It was difficult to get a returned telephone call from the attorney. I started to feel like I might have made a mistake until an incident happened at my home w/ my daughter. I'll tell you what, Attorney Quinn turned into this " TIGER " in the court room. That morning she had actually scared the other attorney. ( I LOVED IT ). Now I have custody of both my children and had a GREAT divorce. After my case was finished I was " ready to take on the world ". Four years later I was remarried. My seconed marriage had only lasted a year and a half. I KNEW when the problems started happening that I would have to realize that this might be another failed marriage. I retained Attorney Beverly Quinn for the seconed time.

The worst lawyer ever! Please do not go to Beverly Quinn, save your money! I hired her for a child custody case, my biggest mistake ever! She will quote you a rate and charge you triple. She filed my orders after hearing wrong multiple times at the court house, and never fixed it. She takes months j...ust to give you the orders after hearing. She cancles court appearances 15 mins before court starts, after confirming the day before. (I had to call to confirm because she never contacted me) Then charges for paper work needed to reschedule the court date when she is the one who canceled! She does NOT care about her clients! she will not call you to prep for a court hearing, nor will she call for information between hearings. How can a lawyer accurately represent you in court if she doesn't care to know details of your current situation, or if the other party is or is not following the previous orders. She did multiple Subpoenas that I did not agree to and then charged me for them. Her office staff is terrible! They don't return phone calls, if you have a complaint or concern they always say Ms. Quinn is out of the office or sick. All paper work done by her or her staff had multiple errors, misspelled words , wrongs dates, even the wrong spelling of names and address of her own client's name. She double charges by charging for a service, then charging for a "review" of that service. She charges $100's for her staff filing paperwork YOU bring in, into her office computer system. Her performance in court is poor, I was very disappointed. She is not aggressive at all and barely speaks. This law office is a complete joke, I would NOT recommend her to my worst enemy. Please save yourself headaches and go somewhere else. I would give all zero stars if this site would allow. This review was written in February 2015
