Jerard Martin Dinces

My son was on felony probation for a theft case. After only 1 year of a 3 year probation he was rearrested on a 2nd felony theft charge. I was referred to Jerry Dinces by a friend. He listened... was compassionate... gave me an appraisal of what could be done & delivered as promised. Although my son ...was looking at a state prison sentence + time for the probation violation, he never set foot in prison. I guess all a lawyer hears is "I didn't do it!"... but. I DIDN'T!!! I was arrested for felony domestic violence charges, because a woman I allowed to live rent free in my home called the police & said I had punched her and broker her nose. I did not punch her. I had spoken with a # of lawyers about my son's domestic violence case. Most of what I was told / promised, sounded too good to be true. Mr Dinces listened... he responded truthfully to my questions and gave (what I felt and what turned out to be) an honest appraisal of what could and could not be do...ne.
