Yasmin Nikissa Younessi

Yasmin Younessi is an accomplished attorney in the field of civil litigation, specializing in a wide range of practice areas, including Complex Commercial Litigation, Class Actions, Product Liability, Mass Torts, and Personal Injury Litigation.

Ms. Younessi embarked on her legal journey by graduating from Chapman University, Fowler School of Law in 2019, and becoming a member of the California State Bar in 2020.  Ms. Younessi established herself as a dedicated legal professional at McCune Law Group’s Irvine location shortly after. Working alongside Michele Vercoski, Ms. Younessi had the privilege of learning from one of the best in the business.

During her time at McCune Law Group, Ms. Younessi has worked on several high-profile cases, including the 3M Combat Earplug Litigation, the H.L Doe and C.H. Doe case against TikTok influencer Tony Lopez, and the OxyCide Daily Disinfectant Cleaner Litigation.  Ms. Younessi has played a pivotal role in many cases from the inception through settlement or trial, including drafting the initial complain, spearheading extensive ESI discovery, and preparing oral arguments.  Her hands-on approach showcases her commitment to ensuring that justice is served, and that the rights of her clients are protected.
