I hired The Law Offices of Vincent W. Davis & Associates one day before my hearing on custody, visitation, child support and spousal support. Even though I met Attorney Nogueda for the first time at the hearing, she got me excellent results. Attorney Nogueda met with my husband and worked out a rea...sonable parenting plan. Attorney Nogueda explained to me that the child support and spousal support issues would have to be argued before the judge, as settlement was not possible. When it came time to do so, Attorney Nogueda convinced the court that my husband was using the parenting plan to reduce his child support. I received a higher than expected child and spousal support order. All I can say is JOB WELL DONE!!!!

I ended up hiring Attorney Nogueda the day before my hearing. Even with short notice, Attorney Nogueda prepared a responsive declaration to file the day of the hearing. She was efficient and knowledgeable throughout the process. Attorney Nogueda was accessible whenever I had questions and explaine...d everything clearly. Even though my ex girlfriend lied and wrongfully accused me of domestic violence, I was able to maintain primary physical custody. I would recommend Attorney Nogueda to family and friends and would gladly hire her again.

I hired Norma to help me with my child custody case but all she did was make me do all the work just to get money. She also filled out a lot of my paperwork wrong and I had to repeatedly ask her to change it. She did not ever listen to a word that I had to say and would do whatever she wanted when sh...e wanted and then bill me for it. I ended up firing her because she was unable to give me what I want and was starting to side with the other party when I was the one paying her. I would not recommend this attorney or this law firm.
