Too late for a POA if it wasn't executed before his Alzheimer's. You need a Conservatorship.

You need to file an FL-120 and FL-320 to object to and respond. And you need to file an FL-150 and a GC-105 at the same time.

Both attorney's above have given good advice. You can't do anything unless you have been appointed administrator of his estate.
