Thomas Michael Bundy

I hired Mr. Bundy to represent me in a family court case involving custody and child support. From our very first meeting, he was professional, patient, and genuinely attentive. He made it easy by meeting at a convenient location and took the time to carefully listen to my concerns, providing honest ...and realistic outcomes for my situation. One thing I truly appreciated was how understanding he was of my financial situation, offering payment plans that worked within my means. Despite juggling multiple cases, Mr. Bundy remained focused and prepared for mine every time we were in court. What stood out most was that he actually cared. He wasn’t just going through the motions — he’s truly for the people. He meets you where you are, physically, mentally, and financially, which made a huge difference for me during such a stressful time. Thanks to his hard work and dedication, I received a successful outcome in my case. Reasonable at first, and then expect zero calls, texts or emails even after dozens of attempts. Found out he wasn't even responding to other party's attorney, blamed email, busy schedule, etc. etc. Requested retainer refund several times, requested he separate from my case since he wasn't representi...ng me anyways, refused to do any of that, showed up to court through video, rolled his eyes at the judge, she called him out on it, he responded like a 3rd grader and said "I didn't roll my eyes at you." His face was on the monitor, EVERYONE SAW, the judge was on him rightfully so, because of the dumpster fire quality work he has done with my case. The judge was fair because of the information available to her, but I got messed up really bad because of said dumpster fire quality lack of work by Tom.

Thomas has my greatest respect. At the last minute, we had to sign documents we could not understand for a suit we thought had already been closed. He listened to our story and offered to meet and help us. He explained what we were signing and offered us amazing advice. His sincerity and kindness dur...ing a stressful time did not go unnoticed. He gave my husband and me plenty to think about, and because of Thomas' brutal honesty, we made a very empowering decision. Our legal system can be very scary, and without the right guidance, we would all be lost. I appreciate Mr. Bundy's time and the incredible knowledge he bestowed on us, and we will be forever grateful.

I hired Tom to handle my case for custody of my child. I should've known things would turn out horrible from day ONE! First red flag, another client said to me "He's great on paper but believe me he'll be ignoring you one day as well." He advised me to show up, he was either not there or never on tim...e when meeting. Second red flag, his paralegal at the time said that "I quit and submitted my 2 weeks notice, I don't know why he doesn't get it." Paid him the retainer against my better judgement. Third red flag, he shows up to court with NO documents, not even a briefcase but has a soda in hand, wrinkled suit and plays solitaire or browses facebook in court! He was once advised to "spit your gum out counsel" by the deputy, beyond embarrassing! I asked why he never comes in with paperwork, he stated "I always assume everything is taken care of." We ALL know what happens when we assume. We had 2 appearances where his paralegal didn't file things properly or dropped the ball. I wasted both days of vacation time from work. Final straw...My last date was on 10/10/19, I was granted everything, HOWEVER, I have emailed and texted Thomas and Brittany (paralegal) NUMEROUS times about when I should be picking up my official order. I go to the court myself to find out nothing was filed until 11/21/19, the judge signed and mailed it out on 11/22/19. I have YET to receive ANY information from this quack office. I paid for a certified copy myself on 1/9/20! Once they get your money, they no longer are professional or really care what happens to you. I took out a personal loan to pay him, every time I have to make a payment I get so upset because of how unprofessional he and his office are. You literally have to text or email them CONSISTENTLY to stay on top of them like a babysitter. I had to pay them to tell them how to do their job. I HIGHLY suggest looking elsewhere before hiring them. I was told about them by word of mouth. He had the nerve to ask me to come on here and write him a review because a client from 2yrs ago was making his life hell. Well I can't wait for people to read this. I could never get a breakdown of charges no matter how many times I've asked in writing. I know there is money left from my retainer but it's not worth the additional headache from him. Whatever you do please do not use this man's services, you will ultimately regret it in the end! I will be placing this review on Yelp and reporting him to the bar.
