As a former prosecutor, Mr. Little has the other side’s “playbook” and can predict what evidence the District Attorney will bring to trial and what defenses the DA fears the most.
Ivy League-educated, a former law journal editor, and a published author on criminal law, Mr. Little knows how to use the law the benefit his clients, but also how to tell his clients’ stories to a jury.

Robert Little helped save my friend’s family. My friend’s wife called me in distress after her husband had a panic attack and it activated an underlying medical condition he was unaware of. The situation wasn’t handled that well. He ended up being arrested. I helped her find a lawyer in her area ...

Mr. Little handled my situation in the best way possible. He delivered on everything he promised. He could understand my situation better than I could and I couldn't have had a better person representing me. He knew how stressful the situation was for my family and I and he was sensitive to that. ...

This attorney is not recommended! he doesn't give any advice which would help your case. He gives your a huge hope with your case in your first meeting with him just to get the contract done but you see nothing afterwords. My husband has hired another attorney and got his charges dropped from a felon...
I so sorry to hear this but am gratified your husband was able to reduce his felony. However, after a search of our records, we have no record of representing anyone with your surname. Is it possible you were represented by another lawyer? There are a few Southern California lawyers with similar names. I would be pleased to hear from you on my personal cell phone at 909 457-7895 so that I can resolve your concerns. I assist people by reducing felonies to misdemeanors (and misdemeanors to infractions) and even dismissing old cases all the time. This is very much a strength of my practice and I don't recall any recent cases where a problem such as what you suggest took place. We recently reduced offenses for two individuals significantly improving their cases in Immigration Court, where they were fighting to stay with their families in America. Again, I take seriously what you say and wish to be of assistance, particularly if indeed I spoke to you or your husband about this matter. Please call me at your earliest convenience. If you can come to the office and demonstrate that I represented your husband, I will of course refund any fees paid to me. Thank you for your feedback. We put great stock in the opinions of our clients. Robert Little

Client Review - (Dec 09)
I recently hired Attorney Robert Little and was able to get plea bargain which resulted in the dismissal of a more serious charge against me. I was pleasantly surprised that in my time of need for a consultation Robert met up with me on Saturday morning to discuss my options. He has been able to prov...

Robert Little is a great lawyer who is very knowledgeable and Trustworthy. I had no complaints while Robert was my lawyer, he had my charges dropped significantly from a felony to a $100 fine. I would highly recommend Robert Little to anyone in need of a good lawyer.
"Mr. Little is exceptionally experienced in the area of criminal defense. His clients are appreciative of his skills and dedication."
"Robert Little is a committed, dedicated, and successful criminal defense lawyer who has earned the fear and respect of prosecutors. They fear him because he knows how to dismantle a case. They respect him for doing it. I hold him in high regard. His skills are unmatched. Any client in his hands is in truly competant hands."
"I endorse this lawyer's work: extraordinarily conscientious, extremely hardworking and very dedicated to each Client, Californians understand that Mr.Little is an excellent San Bernardino, Riverside and LA Counties trial attorney who is a beneficial asset to the entire California DUI Defense Bar community. Any person in need of a superb criminal defense lawyer will know he or she is in capable hands. For a number of reasons (but without enough character space to properly do this fine attorney justice), I am honored to endorse this superb Ontario DUI defense lawyer."
"I endorse this lawyer's work. I worked on several cases with him. He is hard working, dedicated and extremely knowledgeable on the law. He cares about people and is dedicated to obtaining the best results possible for his clients. I whole wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone involved in a criminal matter."
"Mr. Little has shown as a member of the National College for DUI Defense that he is committed to providing cutting edge DUI defense. The National DUI College members represent the most experienced DUI defense attorneys in the country. If you are charged with a DUI, a general practice lawyer is not the answer. Good DUI defense is hard work and few offenses in our court system call for greater attorney expertise than cases involving driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol. DUI cases are especially complex because they require defense counsel to understand BOTH scientific and legal issues. As a fellow member of the College, if you are looking for exceptional representation, I would not hesitate to recommend Robert Little"
"Great lawyer. Licensed to practice in more circuits and jurisdictions than I can remember. We tried our frist criminal trial together in 2001. NOT GUILTY!"
"I highly endorse Robert Little's work. He is thoroughly knowledgeable, competent, and aggressive in defending his clients."
"Robert is an excellent criminal defense and DUI attorney. Everything that others have already about Robert is consistent with my experience. He is a genuine professional with an "A" game. I fully endorse this lawyer's work."
"Attorney Robert Little is a very skilled and artful litigator of the highest order. His ability to advocate effectively for his position is remarkable. His reputation for achieving great results for the citizen accused by the government of a crime is well known. His reputation for excellence in Criminal Defense and DUI is a hard earned national one. This reputation far exceeds the bounds of his state as evidenced by this lawyer from Ontario, Canada not only knowing of him but in that I can personally attest through first hand observation his high level of proficiency in litigation and in the defense of the citizen accused. Superior, and skilled. I would put in my corner every time."
"Robert is a solid professional. Always courteous. Someone that I would not hesitate to retain myself (but hopefully that will never be necessary)."
"I worked for Robert doing legal research and drafting criminal appellate briefs. Robert was a great boss and mentor, and it was a pleasure to work with him. Robert is extremely knowledgeable and experienced in criminal law, and I would highly recommend him as a boss and as an attorney!"
"In addition to being licensed to practice law in more states than any other lawyer I know, Mr. Little is an incredibly competent, experienced and honest attorney. He's someone I rely on for legal advice."
