Biography
Former San Bernardino Deputy District Attorney (prosecutor) with over 10 years defending people accused of crimes from driving under the influence of alcohol to white collar cases to murder, Robert Little practices primarily in the San Gabriel Valley and Inland Empire counties of San Bernardino and Riverside counties.
As a former prosecutor, Mr. Little has the other side’s “playbook” and can predict what evidence the District Attorney will bring to trial and what defenses the DA fears the most.
Ivy League-educated, a former law journal editor, and a published author on criminal law, Mr. Little knows how to use the law the benefit his clients, but also how to tell his clients’ stories to a jury.
Mr. Little frequently speaks as a guest legal commentator on national television. He has appeared innumerable times on CourtTV and TruTV.
Mr. Little is one of only 10 California attorneys the National Board of Trial Advocacy has named a Board Certified Criminal Trial Specialist. This is the ONLY national board certification recognized by the State Bar of California.
Mr. Little is the only Life Member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers in San Bernardino County and one of only three in the San Gabriel Valley.

This attorney is not recommended! he doesn't give any advice which would help your case. He gives your a huge hope with your case in your first meeting with him just to get the contract done but you see nothing afterwords. Replied last December 06, 2018I so sorry to hear this but am gratified your husband was able to reduce his felony. However, after a search of our records, we have no record of representing anyone with your surname. Is it possible you were represented by another lawyer? There are a few Southern California lawyers with similar names. I would be pleased to hear from you on my personal cell phone at 909 457-7895 so that I can resolve your concerns. I assist people by reducing felonies to misdemeanors (and misdemeanors to infractions) and even dismissing old cases all the time. This is very much a strength of my practice and I don't recall any recent cases where a problem such as what you suggest took place. We recently reduced offenses for two individuals significantly improving their cases in Immigration Court, where they were fighting to stay with their families in America. Again, I take seriously what you say and wish to be of assistance, particularly if indeed I spoke to you or your husband about this matter. Please call me at your earliest convenience.
