If she happened to be out of town, she made sure to communicate that so I had a secondary point of contact. I more often times that not, would work with Michelle while going thru my divorce. The one thing that stands out to me was her quick response time. I was assured that if I sent an email or left a voicemail I would get a response fairly quickly. This means the world when you have emotional issues on. ...I felt like she really took the time to listen to me, my frustrations, and was able to resolve what I needed. She too is a mother and understands the daily pressure(s) it puts on us. It was an added benefit to feel understand and reassurance from someone in your same shoes.
