Our son’s drug problems threw us into the frying pan of a complicated legal system we knew nothing about. Feeling like fish out of water, we found the task of finding a competent and caring attorney to handle his impending charges to be extremely difficult. She fought to get his charges reduced; she inspired the court to see him as the bright and remorseful young man he is who made unfortunate choices in his youth. Had we ignored our gut, it’s not inconceivable that our son could be in prison today. Luckily this is not the case. Mary gave us our son back and helped pave the path that he needed to stay on the sober track and out of the legal system.

Ms. Bernal always did her best. She helped me on a case months a few years ago and since then each time I have asked her for further legal advice she has always been there to help me, never asking for any financial gain. She has always been honest and trustworthy.
