Passport concerns may have irreversible consequences if not addressed promptly and with experienced counsel. Not all countries play well w/ USA.

I concur with my colleagues. Until an order is signed by the court, both parties are on an equal footing, but neither has an enforceable order.

Citizen of California & Nevada? Do you mean residence? Where did child reside 6 months prior to filing? That is what controls.
