He interviewed them and came up with a trust that made it easy for the trustee to handle their estate when the time came. He went to the hos...pital when my uncle was admitted and then handled the legal aspects of their trust when my aunt was diagnosed with Alzheimer's . I was so impressed with his knowledge of the law as it pertained to estate planning that I had Glenn do a trust for my family. I am so grateful for Glenn for his expertise and knowledge.

I hired Glenn Nakatani to create a trust, will and related documents. He helped me understand the advantages to setting up a trust, and answered all of my questions - by translating complex legal language in simpler terms. Once the documents were finalized, he provided simple instructions and conveni...ent, well-organized packets to send to investment advisors, successors and other parties.

I am dealing with my parents who are in their 80's and 90's and I believe that between my brother and Glenn, that they are not doing justice for my parents. If my brother will not take a call in this matter and the attorney that my brother hired knew that my parents have been diagnosed as not being ...able to make any decisions by a Dr., why would Glenn say that my brother says that I can see the trust and say that my mother has the deciding say when she has been diagnosed as not being able to make any decisions. So, when I took my parents to see the attorney on his call, he takes them in his conference office and comes out in 10 minutes and tells me that my mother said NO….I left this alone and the first time I heard from Glenn was to just stir up problems with my credit which is like gold. In my opinion, if I don't complain, nothing will happen and no attorney fees will occur. It is true that nothing has happened and I can only believe that if an attorney is going to make any fees, there must be some type of action. It takes two to fight and I am only enjoying my parents in their elder years and don't need any problems from a 3rd party….It is hard enough to deal with family members that are too greedy and selfish…
