I hiring Garcia was perhaps one of the biggest mistakes i have ever made. Very expensive and bills for everything! It was discouraging to see him react to opposing attorneys and how easily he gave into external influences. His communication is only apparent through his inexplicable billing. I bel...ieve his office to be run by his family. I have even entered a complaint against him with the CA STATE BAR for ineffective handling of my matter. If anything be alert as he over-promises. I should have checked his reviews before.... Shame on me.
