Juan S. Padilla

I had hired Juan Padilla to assist me in my divorce and child custody arrangements. I had paid him thousands, just for him to show up to court twice. It was evident that Juan Padilla did not know information about my case and did not care to even learn about it. I felt that he did not represent me we...ll in court, as evidenced by him not even saying anything and would not "fight" for me. After court appearances, I would ask him questions to further understand what was going on and he would just redirect my questions without ever answering them. I would also say that he is unprofessional and only seems to care about money since he solicited me for the money owed to him on a Sunday at a Starbucks. I ended up firing him after he had already charged me $5,000 and I had to represent myself at my next court date, which went even better without him there. Please save your money, do your research, and hire someone that actually wants to fight for your case unlike Mr. Padilla. I strongly do not recommend him.
