He's the best. If you aren't familiar with the process, you might not want to use him. You have to trust that he has your best interest in mind. Does not return phone calls, took him TWO MONTHS to return my calls. Blamed unrelated conditions on Workers Comp making it impossible for me to use my personal insurance. This cost me thousands of dollars. When I asked him to change this, he never did. Completely unresponsive to phone calls,... faxes and letters. Settled with insurace company as nuisance case rather than sue.

He was my W/C attorney that took about 8 years though to settlement. This was though surgeries, w/c rehab and then settlement.
