I pride myself in approaching a client's needs from the perspective of an entrepeneur, not simply as an attorney.  

My entertainment experience has included all media including film, television (scripted and unscripted), music, digital media (webisodes, web series, software and app design and licensing) and book publishing.  I represent individuals and companies in all areas of the industry including talent (actors, writers, directors), producers, production companies, sales companies and distributors and financiers.  

Additional practice areas include intellectual property (trademark and copyright), corporate formations, licensing and manufactoring, and dispute resolution (arbitration and litigation), and real estate.

In representing my corporate clients, I handle not only the formation of their entity (corporations, LLC's and partnerships), but also their operations including vendor relationships, equipment and physical plant leasing, employee and independent contractor matters, asset acquisition and sale and all other aspects of their business.

Given my vast general business and entertainment experience I often act as the "quarterback" for all of my client's business and legal needs.  Having hired attorney's and other professionals I understand the concept that as an attorney my focus is to service the client's needs.  My clients can aways get in contact with me.
