Good Job!

I found Danny to handle my legal issue. He met and exceeded my expectations of the process. Danny was articulate, patient and comprehensive with his explanations. Everything went smoothly and painlessly. Couldn't have asked for a better situation! Good job, Danny and Thank You!!

So Thankful I Hired Danny Agai

I’m so thankful to have found Danny Agai. I was feeling lousy because I’d gotten myself into so much debt that I had to declare bankruptcy. And I certainly wasn’t looking forward to what I thought would be a difficult process. But once I talked to Danny, my outlook improved so much. Danny explained e...verything to me in terms that I could understand and he made the process easier than I ever imagined. He even made me feel good about myself. Danny continuously kept me updated as we went through the steps and before I knew it, it was done. I can’t say I’d ever want to get myself in that position again, but if I did, I’d hire Danny Agai in a heartbeat!

An early sign for Hope.

Danny Agai is a financial lifesaver. I naively believed that I would be able to get out of $45,000 in credit card debt, and $76,000 total debt. My intentions were pure, but I was sinking deeper and deeper into a vicious cycle of making monthly payments on my credit cards, going broke by the end of... the first week of the month, then living off said credit cards for the rest of the month, and ending the month in more debt than where I started. Every month I would exhaust my checking account in less and less time – broke by the fifth day, then the third, then the day after being paid my checking account saw itself tapped out. Still, throughout all of this, I remained resolute -- that I would pay off my debt come hell or high water. It all came to a head when the rent check bounced, and later that month, needing to borrow money from my own child to buy groceries. I realized, then, that my plan just wasn’t going to work. I needed to go “nuclear.” Debt consolidation wasn’t an option; I didn’t want to parlay my debt into more debt. I had a horrid credit score, despite zero missed payments or derogatory marks in my credit history. What was once an 805 FICO was now sub-600. I wasn’t going to qualify for any personal loans from any reputable banks. It became clear to me that I would need to find a lawyer and, after putting in a decent amount of research, decided that I would proceed with a chapter 7 bankruptcy. Mr. Agai, from the very moment we met, was warm and affable. He offered reassurance and precise answers to my questions. He didn’t dance around any of the questions I had prepared myself with. He was surprisingly ready for specific questions relating to a new, obscure law that is most beneficial for my particular circumstances. We spoke for two hours. Not once did he brush my questions off. Everything we spoke about was important to him – he never condescended, never deferred. Just answered one question after another, and often expounded on my inquiries with tangential, yet very important and informative posits. He wanted me in his company, he wanted me there for longer than our 30-minute meeting called for. And he wasn’t making more money on me, his rates for this particular service are flat. I left his office confident and motivated. Despite a serious of questionable actions leading up to me seeking council, I made the right decision selecting Danny Agai.
