I founded Law Offices of Arsen Pogosov in 2010, with the goal of providing high quality legal services at a fair price.  Since then I have filed over 200 bankruptcy cases, discharging over $16,000,000 in debt.

My chapter 13 plans typically pay out only 3-7 cents on the dollar to unsecured creditors, although I have confirmed many 0% plans..  I have a 98% success rate with my chapter 7s.

I am a naval veteran with 5 years of military experience.  I flew in the E-2C Hawkeye 2000 providing airborne early warning to the U.S. Fleet.

My pricing is one of the most competitive in Los Angeles County:

I charge a flat fee of $1000 for basic and/or low-income chapter 7 cases.  This price includes the court filing fee of $335.

For more complicated chapter 7s, I charge a flat fee of $1300.  This price is well below what most other attorneys charge for the same service.

For my chapter 13s, I do not take any money up front, except $310 for the court filing fee.  All my fees are paid through the chapter 13 plan from money which would otherwise go to credit card companies.  If attorneys fees impact the amount of the plan payment, I discount my fee to $2750.  Most other attorneys will charge you $4000 regardless of its effect on your plan payment.
